Accommodation
The organizers will arrange accommodation for the participants. Reservations for accommodations should be made on the registration form.

Single room: NOK 1.720,-
Double room: NOK 1.820,-
Includes 1 night, breakfast and lunch as well as refreshments during the conference.

Conference kit:
For not accommodated delegates. Price pr day: NOK 525,-. (Included in the hotel package for delegates staying in the hotel).

Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and hotel reservation will be mailed to you in due time.

Cancellations
For cancellations received before 25 May 2008, refund will be made in full less NOK 500,- for adminstrative expenses. For cancellations received between 25 May and 3 June, a refund of 50 % will be made. We cannot make refunds for cancellations received after 3 June 2008. Only written cancellation is valid!

Currency
The monetary unit in Norway is the Norwegian Krone (NOK). On 1 January 2008 the exchange rate was approx. NOK 5,50 = 1 US $ and NOK 8,00 = 1 Euro.

The hotel is close to entertainment, ferry terminals, and transport options with the airport bus stopping right in front of the hotel and the railway station just 500 metres away.

Day-round wireless internet access (WLAN) across the venue is included in the room rate for all those staying at the venue. Bring your own 802.11 a/b/g/n enabled computer, and login with your name as registered with the hotel + room number.

Those staying elsewhere may still enjoy WLAN access as that is also included in the conference kit. Details for access will be available at the business office near the meeting rooms, but here too you will have to bring your own computer.

The hotel offers 298 rooms with excellent amenities. Guests have access to the health centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium and gym. Prins Olav Grill serves international cuisine in a cruiser line setting, while Restaurant Bakkus serves breakfast, sandwiches and an à la carte menu. The Galleriet Bar is the ideal place to unwind after a long day with a refreshing drink.
